Introduction
The Xing Guang Mountn Temple of the Luminary Sangha, Association of Buddhist Sangha Lifelong Education ABSLE, and International Network of Engaged Buddhists INEB are collaborating on an initiative to design and support an international network for female Buddhist leadership that fosters social transformation. The initial planning meeting convened in May 2018 at the Xing Guang Mountn Temple under Venerable Zin Shi's guidance.
Project Goals
The primary objective of this initiative is to empower Buddhist women, enabling them to fully engage with local and global social issues based on values guided by the Buddha-Dharma.

Enhance educational opportunities for both monastic and laywomen in Buddhism.
Collaboratively support sustnableof community living, such as eco-temples, to foster inclusive growth.

Following the planning meeting, participants agreed on a foundational design med at educating women leaders within the Buddhist context. This framework is designed to empower these women through integrated learning outcomes focused on trning, sharing experiences, appreciation, commitment, and role modeling. It integrates digital platforms, existing successful, internet-based education tools, digital libraries, and space resources to maximize reach and enhance learning across Asia.

This initiative not only provide core educational resources but also revolutionize ger dynamics by enabling both monastic and laywomen to participate actively in international transformation efforts.
