Dear Brother Jonathan and Team Members,
To whom it may concern,
We cordially invite you to join the dedicated team of volunteers for our upcoming event, 24hrs Metta Chanting, taking place on December 28th and 29th, 2013 at Samadhi Vihara in Shah Alam. A volunteer briefing is scheduled for this Sunday morning, December 15th, starting at 9:30 AM within the premises of Samadhi Vihara. For those able to att, please contact Sister Marie Tungka at 017669-7830.
In anticipation, I apologize for not being personally avlable on this day as I will be atting another Buddhist event in Penang. However, my sincerest gratitude goes out to all who are willing and able to contribute their time and effort towards the success of our spiritual gathering med at spreading metta loving-kindness for global peace, stability, and harmony.
I look forward to welcoming you all during this enriching experience on either December 28th or 29th from 9:00 AM onwards. May your participation bring blessings of well-being and happiness.

Can You Help?
Our event, Metta in Action, requires a team of volunteers to d us in our mission to spread metta across the globe during these two days.
Event Detls:
Date: December 28th 29th, 2013 Saturday and Sunday
Venue: Samadhi Vihara, Shah Alam
Address: No. 1B, Jalan Pegaga U128, Section U12, Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Raja, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor
Shifts: Each volunteer will commit to a four-hour shift across seven different slots.
Tasks: Tasks include setting up the venue, registration management, guiding attees, assisting with Dana monetary donations, offering light services and more.
